Network first
Our Huntington Station work starts with the network more often than anything else. A single router in a corner rarely covers a two-story house with a finished basement. We run cable to a few well-placed access points, separate guest and device traffic, and leave a home office with a wired connection it can count on.
Once the network is solid, other systems have something reliable to sit on.
Audio and cameras on a modest lot
Whole-home audio in the kitchen and living areas, and perhaps the deck, adds a lot to daily life without a major project. Ceiling speakers are discreet, and one app handles all the zones.
On smaller, closer lots, cameras are about the front door, the driveway and the back gate. We position them to cover your property and avoid neighbors' windows, and record locally on your network.
