Our work also includes installations at our distributors' own locations. They work with many dealers and have selected Limitless for installation work in their own spaces. We bring the same attention to design, wiring, commissioning and ongoing service to our residential and commercial clients.
A company built around documented work
Limitless AV has been designing and installing home and commercial technology since 2004. Over that time the work has grown from audio and video into lighting control, networking, cameras, door entry and the infrastructure that ties them together. What has not changed is the way we approach a project: we draw it first, we build it with our own crews, and we leave behind a record of what was installed so it can be serviced years later.
That documentation is not a formality. A finished home hides almost everything we install inside walls, ceilings and equipment rooms. When a drawing shows where every cable runs, when every network run has a saved certification result, and when every rack is labelled, the next visit takes hours instead of days, and the owner is never dependent on one technician's memory. Two regions, two local teams
We operate as independent local teams in New York and in South Florida. The New York team works across Long Island, the Gold Coast, the Hamptons and Manhattan. The South Florida team covers Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, along with marine work. Both teams follow the same design standards, use the same platforms and document their work the same way.
For families with homes in both places, that means the two houses can be set up to behave alike: the same control interface, the same naming, and one company to call. Each team is local, so a service visit in Florida does not wait on a crew travelling from New York.
What we install
Our work falls into a few connected areas. Most projects combine several of them, which is why we plan them together rather than as separate trades.
- Entertainment: home theaters, media rooms and whole-home audio.
- Control: Crestron automation, Lutron HomeWorks lighting and motorized shades.
- Infrastructure: home networks and WiFi, structured cabling and underground conduit.
- Security: UniFi cameras and access control.
- Commercial, hospitality and marine: conference rooms and offices, hotels and yachts.
How we work with architects, builders and designers
On new construction and major renovations we join the design team early, ideally before electrical drawings are finalised. We review architectural and lighting plans, propose device and speaker locations on the reflected ceiling plans, and provide rack elevations and wiring schedules for the general contractor. When the walls are open, our prewire crew installs and labels every cable, and racks are built and tested in our shop before they arrive on site.
That coordination prevents the familiar problems: a speaker that lands on a beam, a keypad behind a door swing, an equipment closet with no ventilation. If you are an architect or builder planning a project, the contact page reaches the right team in either region.
