Towers, villages and islands
The area around Bal Harbour includes some of the most varied homes in South Florida. Oceanfront condominium towers line Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, Surfside and Sunny Isles Beach. Behind them, the gated residential section of Bal Harbour Village and the streets of Bay Harbor Islands have single-family homes on the water. Golden Beach is almost entirely private houses, and Fisher Island is reached only by ferry or boat.
In a tower, our work stays inside the residence and follows the building's rules: insurance certificates, scope approvals, elevator bookings and set working hours. We coordinate with the building engineer, and where the building provides internet we put our own network behind it for reliable in-unit coverage. On Fisher Island, deliveries and crew visits are planned around the ferry schedule, so equipment arrives pre-built and tested.

The South Florida team offers the full range of services available in New York: home theaters and media rooms, Crestron automation, Lutron lighting, motorized shades for glass walls facing the ocean, whole-home audio, networks and cameras and entry for private homes.
Many residences here are second homes. Remote monitoring of cameras, leak sensors and temperature lets owners check the home while away, and lets us handle updates and many service issues without a visit.
Salt air and storm season
Terraces facing the ocean are hard on equipment. Outdoor speakers and fittings are chosen for salt air and sun, and amplifiers stay inside. We plan surge protection and battery backup to reduce storm risk and shorten recovery, without claiming any system is storm-proof.
