Audio-video, onboard networking and control work across multiple Sanlorenzo yachts in South Florida, from salon and dining displays to flybridge TV lifts and touchscreen control.

A working conference room for the office, the existing low-voltage wiring cleaned up and re-terminated, and the offices brought onto the same network.
An executive office remodel: motorized shades, a camera monitoring wall for the yard and buildings, and the network underneath it.
Office technology across two locations, Bellport and Speonk, kept consistent so staff and management work the same way at both.
Structured cabling and the office network for a Manhattan dental practice, terminated, labeled and tested.
Structured cabling, networks and camera systems for hotels. Our hospitality work includes Residence Inn by Marriott Melville, Hampton Inn Commack and Hampton Inn Vestal. Pathways and closets are laid out on CAD drawings before the first cable is pulled.

Labeled Crestron video connections supported on rack lacing barsEvery run is terminated, labeled and tested with a Fluke certifier, and the results are kept with the job. Wireless coverage is planned with Ekahau surveys rather than guessed from a floor plan.

Microphone coverage, loudspeakers and the display are planned together, the system is tuned in the finished space, and control is kept to a few obvious choices so a meeting starts without a technician.

Camera coverage and door entry are planned together; outdoor cable runs are placed underground in conduit or with a Line-Ward line-laying machine where the site allows.
Learn more →A hotel has two different technology audiences. Guests need reliable WiFi, straightforward television controls and music that supports the setting without overwhelming conversation. Staff need to operate the systems during a busy shift and understand what to do when something changes. We plan these requirements together rather than treating the guest rooms, reception desk and public spaces as unrelated installations.
Background music in a lobby, restaurant or terrace needs appropriate coverage and independent volume control. A meeting room needs microphones, loudspeakers and a display that work together. Those are different tasks, but both depend on a network and wiring infrastructure that can be maintained. Our hospitality AV service explains the planning for guest areas, meeting spaces and back-of-house operations.
The starting point is a site walk and an assessment of the existing systems. Equipment that can be reused should be considered alongside the changes that are actually needed. Where a property has grown through separate upgrades, documentation and a coherent control approach help staff understand the whole installation rather than a collection of disconnected devices.
Guest WiFi, office workstations, cameras and access control all depend on the infrastructure behind the visible equipment. We plan cable routes, equipment locations and wireless coverage as parts of the same system. A wired backbone supports the access points and fixed devices, while wireless design addresses the rooms and circulation areas where people use phones, laptops and tablets.
Our structured cabling and Fluke testing work provides the physical foundation. Our Ekahau WiFi design and surveys address coverage rather than relying on guessed access-point positions. Testing, labels and documentation make later troubleshooting and upgrades more practical for the people maintaining the building.
Different building uses also require different network arrangements. Guest traffic should be considered separately from staff systems and devices such as cameras. Planning those requirements before installation avoids treating every new device as an isolated addition. The aim is an installation that can be understood, supported and extended as the property's needs change.
At The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park, our stated scope includes building networking, cameras, door access and AV inside residences. This is residential-tower work: shared building systems and private residences have different operating needs. We do not present it as a hotel guest-room installation.
At Residence Inn by Marriott Melville, our work includes hotel cameras, structured cabling and network infrastructure. Hampton Inn Commack is listed for structured cabling and networking, while Hampton Inn Vestal is listed for structured cabling. These examples describe the work already documented in our portfolio; they are not claims that every service on this page was installed at every property.
For boards and property managers, our building management services cover doors, networks, cameras and common-area AV. Our security cameras and access control service explains the related planning for entry and camera coverage. The appropriate scope depends on the building and its existing systems.
Long Island venues may host events throughout the year, while East End hospitality often has a concentrated summer season. Manhattan properties have their own access rules, delivery arrangements and working hours. In South Florida, our local team works with the property's schedule and operating requirements. A practical plan considers these constraints before equipment arrives.
Phased upgrades can allow an operator to improve infrastructure without treating the whole property as one simultaneous construction project. We review existing equipment, identify dependencies and coordinate work with the people responsible for the building. Keeping rooms and public areas operating where possible is part of that planning, not a promise that every installation can happen without interruption.
Handover includes documentation, labeling and training so staff know how to use the installed systems. Ongoing support addresses troubleshooting, updates and changes as the property evolves. To discuss a new installation or an existing building, request a commercial or hospitality consultation and tell us the town, property type and systems you want to address.
A hotel renovation, a building upgrade, an office fit-out or a yacht refit. Tell us the property, the town and the systems involved, and we will arrange a site walk.
