Village houses and bayfront rebuilds
The older village homes have character worth keeping: original trim, smaller rooms and walls that were never planned for modern wiring. We route carefully, use attics and basements, and place TVs where they suit the room rather than wherever the cable happens to be.
Bayfront and canal homes that have been rebuilt are the opposite problem: open walls and a clean slate. That is when prewire matters most. We run, label and test cable for audio, displays, access points and future needs, so nothing is left to wireless guesswork.
Music and light, simply controlled
Whole-home audio is the most requested system in our Babylon work. Ceiling speakers in the kitchen and living areas, a zone on the deck, and one app or keypad per room to choose the music.
A reliable network underpins it, and Lutron lighting control lets a few engraved keypads replace the clutter of switches in open rooms.
