What we install
On a typical project we install HomeWorks processors, centralized dimming panels or wireless dimmers, engraved keypads in finishes chosen with the interior designer, and Lutron roller shades, draperies or dual shades. Exterior and landscape lighting circuits are often added so the whole property runs on one schedule.
Centralized panels suit new construction because dimmers stay out of the walls and keypads stay small. Wireless devices suit finished homes and apartments, where they replace standard switches without new control wiring. Many homes use both.
Where it fits
HomeWorks fits almost any residence we design, from a Gold Coast renovation with plaster walls to a new Hamptons build with double-height glass. It also anchors Ketra tunable lighting and integrates with Crestron when a home needs broader automation.
Planning detail lives on our Lutron HomeWorks lighting control and motorized shades pages, and the design side is covered on lighting design.
