A Flagship Integration
This project represents everything Limitless AV was built to do. A newly constructed $85M waterfront estate in Miami Beach — 22,000 square feet across a main residence, guest house, and pool pavilion — required a complete technology infrastructure designed from the ground up.
The owner's vision was simple: technology that was everywhere you needed it and invisible everywhere you didn't. No exposed wires. No visible equipment. No learning curve. Every system — lighting, audio, video, climate, shading, security, and communications — controlled from a single, intuitive interface.
Our involvement began before the foundation was poured. Working alongside the architect and interior designer, we designed the full technology infrastructure before construction started — ensuring that every conduit, every wire path, and every device location was built into the structure correctly from day one.

Project Timeline
On-site consultation with the owner, architect, and interior designer. Full system design, CAD documentation, and equipment specification completed before groundbreaking.
All equipment sourced, received, and pre-built in our facility. Racks assembled, labeled, and tested before delivery to the job site.
Low-voltage cabling throughout the entire estate — structured cabling, audio, video, control, and security rough-in coordinated with electrical and construction.

The completed system controls 22 rooms of lighting, 18 zones of audio, a dedicated 12-seat home theater, enterprise-grade networking, and 40+ security cameras — all from a single Crestron interface that anyone in the household can operate intuitively. The estate has been enrolled in our ProCare monitoring program since completion.
